Description
An traditional Dorset variety, found in many old orchards across the county. Makes a vigorous, upright and spreading tree, apples maturing early/mid-October.
Well balanced acidity and astringency, acording to Liz Copas, good for blending. Can also be used for cooking. Very disease resistant.
