Description
We have a Tomcot apricot in the polytunnel at the nursery and fruit is ready for picking and eating mid-late June. I also have one at home against a south west facing wall, and fruit ripens a couple of weeks later, early July. Highly productive and delicious, large apricots!
In the U.K we recommend that you train apricot trees as a fan against a south/south-west facing wall or fence. If you have space then you can grow the tree in a polytunnel or glass house , either as a fan or as a bush tree!
Supplied on St.Julien A rootstock - Non-Organic - This is a licenced variety and so we are not allowed to propagate it ourselves! So we buy this tree from another grower - it is supplied non-organic.
