Description
Discovered in Norfolk in 1983 as a natural mutation of the older Norfolk Royal, this is often a favourite amongst apple lovers! It is certainly one of the most beautiful apples, with striking golden-yellow fruits and a russet skin. Crisp flesh, intensely aromatic, with nutty and pear-like undertones. Highly recommended for home growers, it exhibits good natural resistance to both scab and mildew. Ready to harvest in mid-September, it will keep for several weeks.
