Description

Lambrook Pippin is a late season bittersharp cider variety originating from Somerset (Symes or Martock). It's related to Porter's Perfection, Cap of Liberty and Kingston Black. Makes a light cider with excellent flavour and aroma. Can be slow to come into cropping but once it does expect good crops with a slight biennial tendency.
