Description
A version of the British Williams / Bartlett pear from Berkshire, Gorham was bred in the USA early last century. It has good levels of resistance to scab and mildew.
Like many pears Gorham should be harvested when slightly under-ripe, stored in a cool place and brought indoors a couple of days before eating.
